1. Returns

 

We accept returns on most unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You’ll need the original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used skincare products

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fyiaesthetics.co.za or call 083 783 8708 with your order number, product details, and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Please note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

 

2. Late or missing refunds / Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly email info@fyiaesthetics.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A short description of the issue


We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Used or opened products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Products returned outside the 7-day return window
